Deep tissue / Myofascial Release: Targets specific problem areas to remove deep fascial restriction and improve range of motion.
Hot Stone Therapy: Using the natural grounding forces in stones, this relaxing massage done with aromatic oils and gently warmed stones.

Body Brushing & Exfoliation: a great treatment to stimulate your circulatory system (increasing the flow of blood and lymph) thereby improving your immune system. Other benefits include: removes dead skin cells, tones muscles, aids in digestion and reduces the appearance of cellulite.
Body Polish with massage: (more information upon request): using salt or sugar scub to stimulate and cleanse the skin. Removes dead skin cells and rejuvenates the surface of the body
Facial Massage & Cleanse: This treatment features a gentle facial cleanse, scrub, mask, moisturizing treatment and ends with facial massage. Customize the massage portion of this treatment if you are suffering from sinus pain or a headache. Available as a stand-alone treatment or add to any massage.
Aromatherapy: The use of pure aromatic essential oils to help relax, detoxify, energize and restore balance to the body is usually included in each session, while the use of more specialized or exotic essential oils may require an additional fee.
